Recently did a 100hr service. Changed the water pump which was in good condition, changed the thermostats which had saltwater residue on them, changed oil and gas/water filters. The trim is starting to go bad as I can hear it struggling. My trim gauge seems to be acting up as well. The needle starts up on the gauge when the motor is all the way down. The trim gauge starts to drop all the way down within an hour or two.

My main issue is beeping. The alarm starts going off anywhere from an hour of use in 1 min intervals and just has a mind of its own. on off on off etc... Checked the water flow and its fine, checked oil pressure and its fine, motor does not overheat. The green light is starting to fade away on the controller. Took the boat 100 miles last week with no issues except that BBBBEEEEEEPPPPPPPP!

Please help end the beeping???

I hate that!
It's almost surely electrical, so that's what I would start checking. Oil and water sending units are top left on the engine, just below the lift ring. Start there and work your way forward looking for cruddy connections.

I haven't had to mess with one, but I know that if the engine is tilted to high, that will set the alarm off as well. That idea, coupled with your tilt and trim issues, might be a clue as well. Sender is on the inside of the left side transom mount, right near the pump motor. Wires lead from there up into the large box with all the connectors in it on the left side of the engine. That cover is easy to remove, allowing access to tons of electrical connections made for the engine.
