2010 4 stroke 115 mercury blogs out on plane.

Runs great when your crushing at low speed. Soon as it gets on plane it only lasts 4 seconds then blogs out. Sometimes it won't even get on plane.

Can you give a bit more history? Serial number ? Does it start to die as soon as you start trying to speed up ? Any shuddering ?
