200hpdi vs150 v6 wiring?

I currently have a 20.5’ palm beach with a 2004 yamaha 150 v6 2 stroke and im going to repower; wondering if the wiring from a 2003 yamaha 200 HPDI is the same? Will all the plugs just hook up to the boats wiring harness or will i have to re-wire?
