I was on the water fishing and started my motor. I tilted it up cuz i was runnin kind of shallow and the tilt and trim hydraulic pump kept running and the motor laid up on the back deck. I had to disconnect the battery because i could not get the pump to shut off. It is stuck in the up position. Every time i hook the battery up the pump runs.. Anyone have any suggestions????
