Well me and my father are geniuses, we didn't exactly winterize the ski so it sat about 2 months, we ran it, it ran fine (Except now it hops up one more bar on the rpm guage every now and then, Idk if it is a huge deal) Has over 30 hours, on it.

Just wanted to know, it's been sitting for a few weeks, again, and I know these things aren't meant to sit for a long period of time.

Basically the question is, is there anything I should do before we take it out again to the engine, etc.. etc.

Dont be so hard on yourself. How cold did the ski get. If you are just worried about it sitting the only prob is fuel seperation. Put some gas seperation treatment in and see what happens. My ski and my boat sit for extended periods. I just treat the fuel before i let it sit. I live in south Fla. no freezing. I think i read somewhere seperation happens after prob 1 month. 2 months prob more realistic.

Oh yeah forgot to mention. If you bought your gas at a marina that doesnt have ethanol its not a prob. I have a 4 gal ethanol free tank i troubleshoot with. But fuel sitting in lines for over a (fill in the blank) will turn to varnish.

Well in that case, we live near Stuart, Fl. Even then, it hasn't hit freezing in a while. Thanks for the info of gas.
