2008 suzuki 90Hp starting issues

Went to go outfishing in the afternoon after fishing in the morning and boat would not start. All electronics work, batteries tested good, getting power to the engine. Trim on motor works, but not on console. Went to check power at motor at the starter solenoid and i accidently touched leads and sparks flew. 10 seconds later, boat would start just fine. and Trim works at console. An hour later, it wouldnt start again. Went to check power again and touched leads on accident, sparks flew and 10 seconds later the boat would start. My guess is the starter solenoid has gone bad, but wanted to reach out and get other peoples opinions
