2008 Sea Ray 250 Select

Anyone have any hands on advise about this boat? Pros and cons? We are looking at one fully loaded with a 375hp Merc. Any input?? We are looking for a lake boat to do some wake boarding and tubing and also for something to take out on day trips on the ocean.
