So at low throttle, not on plan just plowing through the water after about a minute or so the guardian system alarm goes off and I lose power IF I keep plowing on. (like did not hear the alarm) Runs great at full throttle or mid throttle once on plane just this issue at low speed. The system recovers as soon as I throttle back or power off and back on. Spoke with a local mechanic and he said it could be a fuel pressure problem. I was watching the motor in this setup and the water out the pee hole appears strong.

Any ideas? Only had ethanol free gas BTW

I would check for:
-weak water pump
-clogged or lazy thermostat (doesn't open fully)
-sticking/clogged poppet valve
