Hi all,
I am in need of info on the Tracker Panfish 17 model from 2007. The forward deck is of curious construction. It has an integrated lid with an aluminum "box" designed to hold an igloo cooler which came with the boat. Now I need to change out the trolling motor and it appears that if I remove the front deck the alluminum cooler "box" will have to come out with it as one piece and/or drill out a bunch of rivets. I don't want to do something that cannot be put back. So far, this thing looks like it was manufactured so as to never have the trolling motor replaced without remanufacturing the whole forward section of the boat. Does anyone know how to proceed switching out a trolling motor on this thing? I am unable to locate any kind of diagrams online. ANY advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance, LT
