Recently bought a boat and has been running great until a recent trip....dropped the boat off into the water and drove away no issues. After stopping for awhile on the water went to start up the engine and I have no power..no gauges no trim nothing. I'm just curious as to what could cause this....thinking batteries are the issue I do a battery swap on the water with same results...nothing. Then as I'm wondering what to do next 15-20 minutes go by I hit the switch again and it fires back up. Is this strictly an electrical issue or can protection built into the engine cause everything to go dead? This has happened on several other trips since and if I wait it seems to fire right up. I'm not sure where to even start looking...the first thing came to my mind was start looking at the oil injection?? but according to the manual I should get warning beeps to alert me to this condition. I'm baffled as to what if anything would stop even the trim from working. I'm just at a loss.

Thanks for any direction,
Rick
