Doubtless one exists. Boats typically don't have them like a car would. You usually get documentation on the hull, and the drive system. The owner's guide will give you some information on the boat, but not too much. You can contact Tahoe if you want to see what they did offer.
But depending on what you're looking for, it may be better just to ask direct questions here.
