2007 Fisher 160 WT

Guys-

I am looking to purchase my first boat and have come across a fisher 160 wt. It has a 75hp merc optimax with 38 hours. the Hull is in great shape Asking price was $13,000 and I have them at 11k. Please let me know what you think of the boat and pricing.

Welcome!

Boat pricing is largely a regional thing, so you'll get more valuable answers if you post your location...

As an example, up here in Canada, boat prices are crazy. This kind of kit (16'-17' alum, single console w/ 75hp) are sold new for around 22-23k.

Seems to be a fair price at 11k IF the engine is good. Is it from a dealer and is there some warranty? If it's your first boat, an inspection by an independant boat mechanic would be a couple hundred bucks well spent.

Anyway, a test ride is MANDATORY before buying it. You'll see if you like it, if something isn't working and how everything work...
