2007 205 controls questions

Hello, I just got my hands on a nice running 2007 Bayliner 205 and had some questions as the controls are a bit different from my last (1978) boat. Hoping so.eone can answer!
1: how do I run the engine without the propeller turning? On my last boat it was a knob you pulled out on the throttle pivot point, but this has a button in the center of the pivot (the one with the M on it).
2: what is the little red Run/Off switch below the throttle? A kill switch?
3: Any other peculiarities anyone can think of when going from a very basic 45 year old boat to this?

Thanks Scott! Last question, I can't find a prop up/down switch. How do I raise and lower the oitdrive?

Should be thumb switch, 2 stages for up (trim and trailer) single stage for down
