2006 yamaha f90d

I have a 2006 Yamaha f90d, the engine revs up to 2500 rpms when I start it. I was tld to replace the isc and the ecm. I have done both with no change....Help!!

has anyone done any testing on this motor to see what is going on, or have you just been throwing parts at it?

Does it startup at 2500 and then go down to normal RPM or does it stay at 2500?
