2006 Yamaha F115 Engine Misfire?

I've always had OMC or Mercruiser 3.0 I/O's but my new boat has a 2006 Yamaha F115 four stroke on it. The engine has 108 hours and always starts right up and runs well but I have noticed when idling it has a intermittent slight miss to it. I also noticed it when holding 1800-2000rpm. No other issues besides that. Is it normal for this engine to run like this?. I have changed the oil/filter, 10 micron water/fuel separator, fuel filter element on the engine, and replaced all four plugs

With 108 Hrs on a 2006 motor I'll bet the fuel that was in there was real old and the injectors probably some build up on them, As long as the compression is good try running an appropriate amount of injector cleaner through it with fresh fuel
