Hello all, new to this site!
I have a problem with lost connection to my smart craft gauges, I have unplugged all connections to gauges/junction box/dts/14 pin harness. I’ve checked power to junction box with key on, I’ve checked connections at batteries/engine for 12v, I have power prob all 14 pins of main harnesses, I’ve checked for 120ohms on the can 1/can 2 wires and terminal resistors .Speedo gauges shows the air temp for secs then lost connection comes up, tach blinking with mercury logo.
This all started couple weeks ago, and I unplugged everything at first it started working again for a few hours and went right back to lost connection.
I can’t think of anything else to check, the gauges were intermittent at first so I don’t think it’s the gauges. I’ve changed the junction box, checked for continuity on both gauge to junction box harnesses. I need help, this is driving me crazy.

If you see the logo flash the computer is trying to boot but failing.

Pull and check all network and power connections from motor to gauge for corrosion and power.

Cant rule out the interface module or the gauge going/gone bad

I just hooked up vessel view to the new junction box and started the motor.. vessel view shows me the rpm’s when running. Doesn’t that tell us the computer is communicating to the vessel view through the junction box? Problem would be after the junction box?

Confirms the PCM is sending and receiving data.
Unless you find a cable issue between j box and gauge, the CPU in the gauge is bad
