I purchased this motor used from a friend this past spring. it had not been used for a year. When I went to demo it the flywheel would not turn. I pulled the plugs to see if it was seized and to maybe shoot some lube in the cylinders. Once I pulled the plugs, I was able to pull the rope no problem. Did not appear to be seized. In going to use it a second time, the same thing happened. I think the shift linkage is a tad off and as a result a mechanism locks the flywheel from turning. Is there such a lock? How do I adjust?
