Does someone know how to remove the small timing belt sprocket the nut is 30 mm,is it left or right hand thread?can I use impact to remove can’t figure out how to keep the motor from spinning unless I block the prop not sure I want to put that much pressure on the drive any help is greatly appreciated thanks

Was wondering if removing a spark plug and locking piston to internal plug orifice with a thick L allen wrench would be a good idea to remove sprokets and even upper flywheel nut. Could wind several layers of electric tape onto allen wrench to avoid locking metal to metal and harm internal plug orifice. Thoughts..

There should be a way to lock flywheel teeth onto crank case to lock pistons..

Yep. I use a cordless impact gun. RH thread. Is the seal under it leaking? If so, that is a first.
