2006 Mercury 40hp 4 stroke - Power Trim/Tilt

I have a hydraulic assist manual trim / tilt for my outboard. I would like to convert the outboard with a power trim / tilt unit. Can someone tell me exactly what parts do I need to make this conversion? Serial number for the outboard is 1C027044.
