2006 LS260 no horn

I've owned a 2006 260LS since new,150hrs, suddenly my horn doesn't work. The relay button isn't tripped, I haven't looked under the dash, is there any fuse box other than the circuit breakers on the dash and in the engine compartment? I know I sound lazy for not digging in under the dash, but I just stumbled onto this forum and thought I would ask.

Yes there is a fuse panel under the dash. you can get to it through the helm storage . You should also pull out the horn to make sure it is still plugged to the harness as wake and rough waters sometimes makes the plugs come off the horn . As for the moterwell fuses , they have nothing to do with the horn
