2006 larson senza 186

Hello am new to the forum and am gathering information on a boat I am thinking of purchasing. It's a 2006 186 senza with the 5.0 volva penta. It is an executive demo with low hours a full factory warranty. It is I believe the supersport model. The price is 17500k. any issues with this boat engine or otherwise. Is the price good. Thanks in advance for any input.

... yes thats a good price. the AZ boat show had that same model(i'll hafta check for sure) coming in at 25K. does that have the VEC technology and MPI plus 5 to life warranty?

I believe that technology came in 07 but yes it has the warranty. I forgot to mention it is a 5.0 carb

... is that the full otd price? including, tax, doc, reg, shipping and rigging or private sale? that seems like a pretty good price. V8's are about a 4K up charge from a std 3.0L. so rough math 17,500 - 4K - 1800 in fees has base at 11,700. if thats the 18.5' with a V8 you'll be screaming across the water.

Senza is a nice boat! I looked at those at last years boat show and they were priced at around 25K with the same engine and outdrive as you're looking at. Seems like a very fair price!

I have an 18'6 senza with a 4.3Gxi and love it, The 5.0 should fly, I can get
my little v-6 up to 50mph. Here is a Pic

Great boat/engine combo. No issue I can think of, as long as the engine is running perfect.

Thanks everybody for replying. I'm going to go look at it tomorrow,3/08 . From the input and the reputation of the dealer in my area I'm thinking I will own it . keep you updated.

wellI bought the boat and am really excited, except that there is about 24 inches of ice on the lake. any ice props out there?
