Thought I'd pass this along: I'm always trying to find a way to do things cheaper. I bought a Honda oil filter today for my 2006 9.9 part # 1540-PFB-014. Paid $12.96 for it. Pricey little dude. On my way back home, stopped off at Napa Auto Parts to see if there's a cheaper version. They had a Napa PS 1358 that the counter person said "will work" for $10. I also bought at the Honda dealer a quart of 90 wt gear oil for the lower unit. Paid $6.70 for it. Kragen wanted $5.89 for non-Marine 90 wt gear oil. Here's my point: I'm sticking with Honda products...Bob
