picked up a new motor for my 16'lund to replace my 40efi 4s...hooked the new motor up to the cooling system flush house and water comes out the pee hole,hook up the motor on muffs and nothing comes out the pee hole,i took the strainer out and it was clean. motor hasn't been ran since july, motor has 253hr...should i just start at the water pump and then work my way through the system
