2006,50hp nissan wont start (tldi)

hey guys i appreciate the replies last year and i took her to the pros and they found water in the gas (inboard gas tank) so they cleaned her up ,got her running fine w/ inputs so i followed up w/ a new fuel /water seperator ,plugs and drained tank well.installed stabilizer etc & she ran great...well here came winter and went out of town on bussiness 4- 2 months, yes i know no starting of motor, well i had someone go by and crank motor w/ear muff.. no start....now im home and found bad gas inside fuel pump and i removed and cleaned plugs,poured a little gas and she fired and quit,i guessed more junk went in so i took her down to the dealer and they did a yearly and also found bad fuel pump and replaced w /warranty but still no start.now they say the fuel rail and injectors are shot from water damage and no warranty on these parts (JUS WANA FISH) now its like $1,600 plus 3 injectors and labor 15' key west w/50hp tldi

WHAT TO DO please advice me ....best seneraro

oh ya warranty runs out 06/07/09 on what ever is left ???????

You should take it into a dealer as it is still under warranty.

Check that your hi pres fuel pump runs and then see if you have any spark, these motors do not like dirt you need to be running a good 2 micron prefilter.

Warranties do not cover problems caused by outside influences. IE Water, collision etc. The engine does have a 4 year warranty on the injection parts though. I am a little confused by your posts. You just repeated the same post from October of last year....

I would suggest you take the engine into another dealer as $1600.00 is way too much for that kind of repair.

hello again captain, i know im jus learning the formats here,oh well. you said that there is still a warranty on injector parts as in injectors you mean ,although i was told they were not covered that i would have to maybe send them out or buy new ones...

Injectors are covered for four years if they are defective. If you damaged them from water that wouldn't be covered. Warranty covers defects in the engine, not damage caused from sources outside of the control of the manufacturer. Regardless, the price is so far off on replacing the injectors that I would urge you to take it to a different dealer.
