After water test this machine is having a propulsion issue. It will not move in the water. It starts up and runs and takes throttle. The steering and trim cables are stiff
HELP!!

Be your impeller at best. At worst…they are known for failed engine mounts that then pulls the drive shaft out the coupler. Happened to mine.

The owner's manual is quite clear about lubricating the cables. Steering issues is a no-brainer. This engine is noted for needing new plugs every few years.

The forward / reverse mechanisms are more easy peasy normal maintenance. If the thing won't move, maybe your reverse gate was never serviced and you are stuck in neutral.

Get an owner's manual. It solves many problems. (if no free download, buy one)
