2005 Skeeter SL190 water and sun damage

I am looking to find a used skeeter fish ski and have found one that appears to have spent most of its life outside. Due to the low price I am not worried about the upholstery and carpet problems but am worried about possible water damage to the hull due to the life outside. Do you guys expect that there will be any rot or water logged foam?? and what testing should I do upon physical inspection?
