Hello
I am wondering if anyone knows why a 2005 Sea Pro Center Console would die in the water. We had this boat serviced last year and ever since it has not been the same. When we take it out it dies thank goodness we have a trolling motor because this is how we get back to the dock. If anyone can answer this question please let me know what the problem could be.

thanks,
nann

welcome to Iboats. There is a tremendous amount of exerptise here, and you will reap the benefits, if you give details.
motor size, assuming 2005 Yam 4 stroke
how does it die?
what was done to service it?
How do you treat your fuel? Seperator?

From the tiny bit of info you gave, and considering the most prevalent problem with outboards today, I would guess (that's guess) it's fuel related, probably due to ethanol (which among other things creates a 'water in the fuel' problem), or due to bad (watered) fuel from the source.
Or a loose battery cable--see if the nuts are pliers tight.

in 05 the 4 stroke lineup covered froman 2.5HP to an F250 HP.
all could be mounted on your seapro as a single engine setup.
most would not work well.
but seapro had NOTHING to do with Yamaha and Yamaha had nothing to do with seapro.
