2005 mercury 25 hp tilt

I have a 2005 mercury 25 hp on a 17' pontoon boat. No owners manual. Where is there a lever or tab to depress that will unlock the motor to tilt up? Two man job as it is.

On the older models you simply put it in fwd gear.

I think the lever is marked 'shallow running'. Press down while lifting the motor up.
