2005 Maxum 1800 SR3 High Five Prop?

I have a 05 Maxum 1800 SR3 with a 4.3L in it and was looking at getting a new prop that will help it plane out quicker and hold it planed at slower cruising speeds. I was wondering What High 5 prop to go with since that seems to be the only prop I see other then the stock prop that everybody swears by with this boat. Any advice and experiences shared would be very appreciated. What size and pitch?

I have a 1992 Cobalt 206 20.5ft with a 5.7l v8 and i have one. I bought it for wakeboarding and skiing and was one of the best purchases i made. I holds my speed for me very well and i will never go back a regualar prop.

The only problem I have with it is it will over rev at wide open throttle if the boat is empty(low gas tank, only 2 people on it)

Until you answer the questions in the "sticky" above, we can't give you definitive advice.

As an alternative, you can put your data into the Mercury prop selector, and you'll get a recommendation on what pitch High five prop to use.
