I have a 15 hp (2005 four stroke) that dies when I give it gas while it is in neutral or in gear. The carb is clean, fuel pump is working at 3 psi and the diaphragm is in good shape. New fuel, compression on both cylinders is even at 90 psi. It has good spark and new plugs.
Does anyone have any thoughts as to what could be the issue?
