I have a 2000 Horizon 190 (19.5 ft) with a 5.O injected engine with a top speed of 52MPH at 4900 with a 19 pitch prop. My neighbor just bought a 2005 Horizon 200 (20.5 ft) with a 5.0 carbed and has a top speed of 40 MPH at 4600 with a 21 pitch prop. Does this sound right? I know he has 25 less HP and is a little heavier, but that is a huge diefference. What top end should he expect? Do you think he needs a tuneup on the carb?
