2005 Honda 135 hp falling

Tied to the dock, when I raise my Honda 135 out of the water, it comes right up. And when I release the trim up botton, the motor slowly falls back (losing trim) until it is fully in the water again. Takes about 2 minutes to go from fully up to fully down with no button being pressed.

What could be the problem? Is there a mechanical way to secure it up? I'm going to have to trailer this Key West 186 soon.
