2005 60hp and 70hp 4 stroke ECU

I have a 2005 60 hp four stroke (Suzuki) and I want to increase power. From what I gather from the tech manuals, the only difference is the ECU. Can I increase HP by swapping the ECU's. I am running a jet pump.
