I have purchased a 2005 Sea Ray 180 Sport with the 3.0. The package of manuals was not included. I can download the Sea Ray manuals but not apparently the Mercruiser Manuals. Does anyone know if there is a download for Mercruiser maintenance manuals?
Also, the engine runs on, diesels after most shut downs - timing off?
I also am seeing oil in the bilge water. The water comes out looking like a lite chocolate milk shake. I have looked in the engine compartment and don't see anything obvious leaking, i have been checking the oil. The only think i can think of is that they spilled some oil during an oil change and it has gotten in the floor baffels.
I also have some kind of alarm that sounds in the dash while i am cranking the engine and for a few seconds after it starts. i don't see anything in the manual about alarms. It has a NAVMAN depth finder with alarm but it does not seem to be the culpret.
