I have a 2005 17' ProFisherman with a 90hp Mercury outboard. The problem is that the boat pulls to the right and I have to keep the steering wheel at around the 10 o'clock position to keep the boat going straight. With the wheel centered I measured the motor from the left side and right and the measurment is equal so the motor is straight. Everything else on the motor is fine no bent prop and the trim tab is straight. Any ideas what the problem is?

Check the trim anode on the bottom of the foot. Looks like a small upside down shark fin. If it is turned slightly or needs adjustment it will cause what you describe. Is this a new boat to you? Or has this problem just developed? Either way, turning the trim anode in the direction the boat is pulling will push it back the other way, should cure your problem. Be careful loosening off the bolt holding the anode. Snap it and you'll be buying a new trim anode, although they are not expensive. Shows one here:
