I belive you have an open,shorts are easy to find.
its also possible you have a main relay failure or an ECU failure.
with key off test the white kill wire at the ECU for continuity to ground.
if the engine speed changes when you turn the key off but does not quit running tap the main relay with a screwdriver handle.
also tap the ECU.
