2004 nissan 9.8 water running out of weep hole in lower unit at bottom mount?

its still peeing good i was told maybe seals on the
water tube are bad? its a 2004 nissan 9.8 4 stroke long shaft

That's quite normal. At speed, the through-the-prop system will scavenge the water coming through the exhaust system, and you won't see that condition. But, on muffs, in a barrel, or idling on the boat, it's likely.

Yes, if the wp seal were bad/missing, you would get water there all the time. But in that case, there likely wouldn't be enough remaining water driven up the water tube to allow the telltale to pee.
