I recently purchased a 2004 Johnson 25hp 2 stroke. It runs fine 80% of the time but will occasionally start to sputter or bog when I try to accelerate. Sometimes when it happens I can let down on the throttle and idle for 30 seconds or so and it’ll be fine. Other times, the issue never resolves itself. I’m new to owning a boat, just trying to figure out what could be causing this. Any help or input is much appreciated. I will attach a video for reference. Thanks in advance.
