04 johnson 115 first two weeks I had it ran fine then it started idling poorly and starting poorly. At high rpms it runs great I can get it to start in the rev position rev it a few times and it sounds fine let it sit and it slowly gets worse till it quits running . I ran a can of seafoam in about three gallons of gas through it no change . I took the carbs off to clean them and the bowls were all warped and cracked replaced them and also got carb kits . Set my floats perfect ? Ive got 130 on the two cylinders on the right and 125 on the two cylinders to the left . My spark plugs are evenly colored but are soaked after these attempts. I'm getting lots of black sludge coming out near prop ( unburnt fuel ) I hope . When it's trying to idle it runs a little normal sounding then shakes and sputters then normal for a minute then sputters. ? I'm doing a spark test tonight snd obviously have to take it to a shop . Any thoughts it's real upsetting !!!
