2004 Honda BF115A ran great 4 weeks ago. Tried to start last week and motor would turn over but would not start. When trying to start oil pressure light comes on (which is normal) and two beeps sound. Plugs not wet so seems no gas getting to cylinders. No spark getting to spark plugs. Cannot hear fuel pump running when ignition switch first turned on. Checked connector to fuel pump and getting 12.6v for two seconds when ignition turned on. Loosened drain on vapor separator and fuel flowed freely. Checked voltage at starter solenoid when trying to start and voltage dropped to 9.6 volts. Checked battery and battery is good. Inspected main power cables for corrosion and replaced connectors, did not help. Checked 14 wire control cable harness for continuity and resistance and everything checked out good. At wits end! Any ideas?
