2004 200hphpdi v-max charging question

My 200 hpdi v-max is not charging the battery will running all day.
checked the stator,ok check rectifire ok
at the out put side of the 80amp fuse get 13.8-14.2 butat the battery or at the main
engine cabel at the battery switch is only 13.0-13.6 I don't know what is in between
that can cause this drop, can some please what to look for, fuse,relay or ?

I would check all battery connections including starter solenoid for tightness one test mercury has is if you take your volt meter set it to AC and put on battery post; more than .25 volts ac means that diodes has failed...load tested battery?
