2003 Yamaha F115 running on 3 cylinders

Cylinder #2 is the problem. Starts, idles ruff on 3 cyclinders. Runs up to 3000 rpm.

New plugs, coil packs and injectors. Compression is 125, 135, 125,135.
How do I check the wiring harness to injector?
Anything else I am missing?
I am stumped. Thanks
