Have a 2003 Yamaha 60 4 stroke motor that idles rough & stalls out. Tuned up in Spring 2009 & only used twice before Spring 2010. Have ran fresh gas, Seafoam, Stabil through motor. Also replaced spark plugs & cleaned carbuerators with no significant change in performance. Appear #1 & #3 cylinder is not working. Any suggestions before we send it to a mechanic?
