Just purchased a boat with a 2003 yamaha 150txrb that had the oil injection removed. I am trying to reinstall oil injection and have all the parts but want to replace the oil lines coming from the pump to the reed plate. Do these hoses have to be yamaha or could i just buy the same size hose from napa and run them. Not sure if they are a specific material designed for this application or not. Thanks

It’s not a application specific hose but they use a specific hose for the application.

I went through this exercise a while back. Couldn't find a SAE number on the OE hose. Played it safe and ordered OE quality hose.

Rather spend a couple of extra bucks than take a chance on the quality of the hose NAPA is peddling this week.

Cool thanks, do you by any chance have a link to the hose you used, when i try to find the hose all i can find is the different lengths of the pre cut stuff vs a longer uncut roll

Update:
Just went ahead and ordered the yamaha stuff, could not find a long cut to length section of hose, so i just ordered the precut stuff for my engine. Cost $70 for a few feet of hose, which is crazy, but at least I know its the right stuff. Thanks
