2003 Rinker 212 EFI

I have a rinker 212 captiva when the engine gets warm it will not start if i let it sit for 30 minutes it will start. the boat runs great until i shut it off and then try to restart the fuel pressure will not pump up until after letting the boat sit for about 30 minutes. I have replaced the fuel pump, siphon valve, fuel pressur regulator please help

Are you running letting the engine idle for a couple minutes before shutdown? Run the blowers during that idle time.

do you think it could be vapor locking will a fuel injection vapor lock?

What year, make, model, and serial number is the engine?

When it won't start you need to look and see if it's getting fuel from the injectors and also check for spark from the coil.

Here is a fuel system test procedure you can do. Test your fuel system
