I have an 03 merc 25hp with the Tachometer Adaptor Module (Part#17461A11) installed (Wow did that throw me for a loop when i was trying to figure out my wiring.) I have converted it to a tiller from remote and am wondering what kind of tach I can hook up to this module. Would something like a tiny tach work with this set up? Is there a Mercury "Mini" tach i can use? I would like to hide it under the cowling when not in use. Or am i better off just removing the module? Thanks
