2003 Johnson tilt/trim ground wire

I'm just mounting my motor on the boat and discovered a green wire broken off. Looking further, I see that it has broken out of the connector where it attaches to the frame. I don't see any way to get at the bolt that holds it in, is there a good way to re-attach the wire to the connector that's there? Glad I discovered this before I was finished mounting it.
