2003 Johnson 150 gear ratio???

I need a new gear set in my motor and i found a set for a good price. The ratio is 1:87 i think?!?! but if anyone could help me i would really appreciate it.

Gear sets aren't sold by ratio, they're sold by the year of the housing they're in. Yes, the ratio is 1.87:1 but go by part numbers, not ratio only.

ok, thanks. it was just the only place i had found a gear set with the ratio on it and i wanted to make sure it wasn't any different before i order it!
