I am a new to the boat world. I just got done restoring a pontoon boat . It has a 2003 ELPTO 50hp 3cyl motor on it. Onboard gas tank. The guy I got it from had not started it in a year. I put fresh gas in it and managed to get it started at home. I took it up to the lake and it runs but will not idle for longer than a minute or 2. I did change the plugs and added a can of "Sea foam". I had it on the lake running for about an hour. I did open it up to WOT and at first it seemed ok. Then towards the end of the hour it seemed doggish and really did not respond to the WOT. I headed for my slip and when trying to dock it it stalled a number of times. Any ideas?
