2003 250hp won't start

My buddy has a 2003 250hp ficht, this am the boat will not turn over ( nothing, dead) however gps gauges etc all wrk, when he jumps his starter it cranks but will not start. Whata think?

Bad connections or cable in the battery to engine circuits. A corroded cable or connection can supply enough current for accessories, but not enough for the starter or injectors.

Neutral start switch might also be involved.

Check all the fuses on the the mtr, may have a blown one.

Had exact same symptoms on my boat. EMM was fried. To confirm, you'll need to get a laptop connected and try to talk to the computer. Once connected, you can fire each injector and ignition coil to see if you're getting power to them or not. You can also see if any codes are set. If you can't connect, check ALL the fuses and the voltages at the PDP with the key on. Also check the 3 red wires going into the EMM. Should have +12 with the key on.
